Article 1:  Scope of the General Conditions of Sale
This document (General Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, any non-commercial natural person making a purchase on the website  www.xebos.co.uk , hereinafter referred to as "the customer", and on the other hand, the company Xebos, hereinafter referred to as "Xebos" (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Parties").
The merchant site www.xebos.co.ukr is operated by:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the relationship between the Parties and are subject to change periodically. The amended General Terms and Conditions of Sale will take effect as soon as they are posted. online.
These General Conditions of Sale take precedence over any other conditions, especially those in effect in stores.
Ordering on the website www.xebos.co.uk consists of several complementary steps.
  • Selection of products and addition to the basket
  • Validation of the contents of the basket
  • Choice of delivery method
  • Selection of payment method
  • Validation of the order summary
  • Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale and sending of the order
  • Payment validation

Article 2:  Customer area
Orders are paid in full and in one go (Payment option in 3x with PayPal)
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email from Xebos. The invoice for the order can be accessed, downloaded, and printed from the customer's account as soon as the order is confirmed. Xebos advises customers to save the order confirmation email for their records.
Throughout the ordering process, customers can review their order details and total price, making corrections as needed before confirming their order during the payment validation.
Any order placed by the customer signifies acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these General Conditions of Sale.

Please note that if your payment is declined three times by your bank, the card used will be temporarily disabled on our website for a period of seven days to prevent potential payment fraud. Additionally, your IP address will also be blocked. We recommend changing your IP address and using a different bank card to complete the payment.

XEBOS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute related to a previous order.
Article 3:  Customer area
To place an order on the site, you must create a customer account. This account will store important information about you, including your delivery date.

Furthermore, having a customer account allows you to access your order history and retrieve copies of your invoices for the legally required retention period

The offers and products from XEBOS are valid while displayed on the website and available in stock.

If a product becomes unavailable after a customer has placed an order, the customer will receive an email notification. The order will then be automatically cancelled. If the customer's bank account has already been charged, a refund will be processed immediately, as outlined in Article 7 of these general terms and conditions.
Article 5:  Price
Product prices are listed in euros and include all taxes; however, shipping costs are not included. The shipping fee will be provided before you finalize your order on the order form.

Xebos has the right to change product prices on the website at any time without prior notice. Products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect when your order is confirmed.

For e-reservations, the price applied will be the one at the time of the reservation, not the price when you visit the store
When ordering internationally, customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Article 6:  Payment terms
Payment for purchases is made at the customer's choice only using the following payment methods:
- by bank card: Visa, Paypal, MasterCard, AMEX

If you choose to pay by credit card, the charge will be processed one day after the order date. Xebos cannot be held responsible for any refused transactions.

Orders will be shipped only after verifying the customer's bank details and receiving authorization from the customer's bank to debit the card. If authorization is not granted, the sale cannot be completed.

If you are using Club Xebos gift vouchers for payment, please enter the EAN code from the gift voucher in the “advantage code” field when selecting your payment method.
Article 7:  Delivery
Orders made on the website on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Additionally, orders placed on a public holiday (excluding Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) will also be processed on the next business day.
The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products upon receipt of the package.
The customer chooses one of the following delivery methods:
  • - Standard Delivery
  • - International Delivery
Delivery costs vary based on the delivery area, chosen delivery method, and the volume of the order. The applicable delivery costs for the customer's selection will be displayed on the website during the ordering process, specifically in the section that summaries the items in the customer's basket.

Delivery is available to the address specified by the customer, both within France and internationally (for a list of countries, please refer to our website).

Customers can track the progress of their order's delivery through the Xebos website, depending on the chosen delivery method.

In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 7 days from the agreed-upon date, and if the delay is not caused by a force major event, the customer has the right to cancel the sale. This cancellation must be communicated within 60 working days, as required by legal provisions.

To cancel, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to "Internet Customer Service." The letter should include the order confirmation email.

If the customer receives the product after cancelling the order, Xebos will refund the purchase amount and return costs upon receiving the product back in its original condition, as outlined in Article 8.

Xebos dispatches all orders within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This dispatch time is in addition to the transport time.
Article 8:  Right of withdrawal/Exchange of the product
In accordance with legal provisions, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without needing to provide a reason or incur penalties, aside from covering shipping and return costs. Please note that this right does not apply to personalized products.

Customers have 14 days from the date they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), physically receive the last item to cancel the contract without justification. Please be aware that orders placed on our website cannot be refunded in-store.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Xebos of your decision by submitting a clear statement through the return form available in your customer area within 14 days of receiving your order. Additionally, you must return the items no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Customers are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
To complete the return form, please follow the  return procedure  below:

1.      Go to our website  www.xebos.co.uk  in the “My Account” section.
2.      Click on the “My order history and details” tab.
3.      Click on your order number (series of letters) in the “payment reference” column, you will find all the details of your order here.
4.      Scroll down this page and go to the Return area.
5.      Check the product(s) to be returned, indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange, and then click on “generate a return”
6.      Congratulations, you have generated your return voucher.
7.      To print it, go to the “My Returns” tab.
8.      Make sure to insert this label in your return package and send it using the prepaid label available in your package. For an exchange or a credit request, return costs are free. For a refund, return costs are the responsibility of the customer (depending on the carrier option chosen). For any order shipped by DPD International, Chronopost or DHL, return costs must be paid by the customer.
9.      Once your return has been processed by our logistics team, we will notify you by email.
To return your goods, please send them back to the address listed on the return form within 14 days of receiving your package. You will meet this deadline as long as the goods are returned before the end of the fourteen days.

If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we will refund the amount for the returned products, minus the shipping and return costs. This refund will be processed no later than fifteen working days from the date we receive the returned package. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Unless you expressly wish to use a different means (means proposed by Xebos at the time of payment); in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for you.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, in perfect condition. Any product that shows signs of wear or damage, is not accompanied by a return slip, or is sent to an incorrect address will be refused by Xebos. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense, and they will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

The sender is responsible for the package during return shipping. Xebos will not be liable for any loss or theft of goods in this situation. Therefore, we recommend using tracked shipping with a signed proof of delivery for returns.

When processing an exchange, we will send you the requested product as soon as we receive and inspect your return package. You will receive an email update on the status of your return.

Please be aware that during peak times (such as sales events, Black Friday, large promotions, or private sales), the processing of your return may take an additional 7 to 14 days after we receive your package.
Article 9:  Reservation of Ownership
Xebos retains complete ownership of products purchased by the customer until the customer has fulfilled all of its obligations, particularly the full payment of the price.
Article 10:  Reimbursement and credit
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the returned package. In certain cases, this timeframe may be extended. Please note that the inspection of the returned goods is essential and will initiate the refund process.


Refunds will consist of the product price, minus shipping and return costs.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction unless the customer and Xebos agree to a different method at the time of the payment.


If a refund is not possible, a credit note may be issued. This credit note is valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue. It can only be used for online purchases and is not valid for in-store transactions.
Article 11:  Analysis of transactions and fight against fraud
Information related to the customer's order is processed automatically by ElysNet and Adyen, who are the data controllers. This automated data processing aims to analyze transactions and prevent bank card fraud.


Paypal and Xebos are the recipients of the data associated with the customer's order. If the relevant order data is not transmitted, it may prevent the completion and analysis of the transaction.

In the event of an unpaid balance due to fraudulent bank card use, the customer's contact details tied to that order will be recorded in a payment incident file maintained by PayPal. Any irregularities or anomalies may also be subjected to specific processing.

Under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, correct, and object to their data at any time by emailing support@xebos.co.uk.
Article 12:  Conservation of order elements – Proof
Xebos ensures the preservation of purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, which serves as an accurate copy following the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000, and Article 1348 of the Civil Code. Xebos commits to retaining these documents for ten years and guarantees access to them for customers upon request.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Xebos and the customer’s validation of the order serve as proof of the entire order, in accordance with the law of March 13, 2000. This validation constitutes the due date for the amounts committed based on the products listed in the order form. Furthermore, this validation is equivalent to a signature and signifies express acceptance of the order.
Article 13:  Liability
Xebos cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the contract due to the occurrence of a force majeure event, events caused by the customer, or any unforeseen and insurmountable damages associated with using the Internet, such as service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.

Additionally, the photographs and descriptive illustrations of the products displayed on the website are not contractually binding and therefore do not hold Xebos responsible..
Article 14:  Guarantee
The products offered by Xebos are covered by the legal guarantee established in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Any potentially defective product will be evaluated by Xebos's after-sales service, and customers must provide proof of purchase to establish the purchase date of the product. Products determined to be "defective" may be eligible for either exchange or refund according to the conditions outlined in Clause 7.

Xebos makes every effort to deliver products that comply with the provisions of Articles L211-4 and L211-5 of the Consumer Code. However, Xebos cannot guarantee that non-compliant deliveries will not occur.

If the customer identifies an anomaly (such as a missing item from the order, a damaged or opened package, or a damaged item) at the time of delivery, they have 3 days from the delivery date to make any complaints or reservations, following the return procedure specified in Article 8. When contacting Customer Service, the customer should explain the reasons for their request and detail the anomaly in question.

If the customer fails to report the anomaly within this 3-day period and does not follow the required procedures, the items will be considered compliant and free from any visible defects, and Xebos will not accept any claims.

If it is proven that there is an apparent defect or lack of conformity with the item, Xebos commits to replacing the item or reimbursing the customer as soon as possible and at no cost to the customer, as stated in Article 7.

In cases of abnormal or abusive returns from a customer, Xebos reserves the right to refuse any subsequent orders placed by that customer.

The provisions of this article do not affect the customer's right to withdraw from the purchase as described in Article 6.
Article 15:  Protection of personal data
The information and personal data collected and processed as part of the relationship with the customer are intended to enable the management of this relationship.
They may be transmitted to companies contractually linked to Xebos for the execution and management of orders and their payment.
By the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the customer has a right to access and rectify data concerning him/her, as well as a right to object to the processing of his/her data for a legitimate reason.

Specific data processing related to transaction analysis and fraud prevention may take place as outlined in Article 11.

Customers can adjust the appropriate settings in their browser; however, this deactivation may limit access to certain features of the site

Customers have the option to subscribe to the Xebos newsletter, which keeps them informed about offers available on the website. They can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link provided at the bottom of each newsletter or by going to the "My Account" section.

When creating an account on the website, customers can also manage their preferences in the "My Account" area to choose whether they want to receive offers from Xebos partners. Unsubscribing from these offers is possible at any time within the same section.

The data controller for personal information is the company AB Trading, and its contact details can be found in the legal notices.

Recipients of your data may include our payment and security providers, delivery providers, and business partners. If required by law, we will obtain your consent or give you the option to refuse before any data is transmitted. If you opt for the money-back guarantee, your personal information will be shared with Trusted Shops.
Article 16:  Customer service
For any questions or information, Xebos Customer Service can be reached using the electronic form available on the website.
Article 17:  Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to UK law. The language of this contract is English.
In the event of a dispute, the UK Law courts will have sole jurisdiction.
The website adheres to UK law, and Xebos does not guarantee compliance with any local legislation that may apply to the customer, as the customer has accessed the website from a country other than the United Kingdome.
Paypal: Pay in instalments with Paypal
We provide our customers with the PayPal Credit service to facilitate the payment and settlement of their purchases. This service is subject to the customer’s acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions or the credit agreement offered by PayPal.

If PayPal decides not to grant credit for an order, the order may be cancelled.

Termination of the General Terms and Conditions that bind the customer and the seller will also result in the termination of the General Terms and Conditions or the credit agreement between PayPal and the customer.

Customers have the option to make payments in three or four instalments through our partner, PayPal. Payment security is guaranteed by PayPal and its service providers, and all transactions are protected by 3D Secure.

Paypal is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Payment: Payment by credit is available for the settlement of their purchases via our partner PayPal, the execution of the payment is conditioned by the signing of the credit agreement proposed by PayPal. The Seller accepts in advance the granting of credit concluded between Paypal and the customer following Article L312-46 of the Consumer Code. If PayPal agrees to grant credit to the customer, the amount will be paid by credit by Article L312-45 of the Consumer Code. Any refusal by PayPal to grant credit for an order may result in the cancellation of the order unless the customer agrees to pay in cash. Any termination of the General Terms and Conditions binding the Seller and the customer results in the termination of the credit agreement between Paypal and the customer. In the event of withdrawal, the Customers' costs and interest will be reimbursed following the regulations.

Security: Payment security is ensured by PayPal and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure. Paypal is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate that will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 seq. of the Civil Code.

Special case: In the event of a sales contract or provision of services with successive execution or delivered within fairly long periods, the Seller must specify in its General Terms and Conditions the start time of delivery or supply; for further details, you can contact the Paypal teams at  support@Paypal.com.
